SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The plan

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the launch subscription is three pouches every 30 days at the then-current subscription price (today $59.99, which may change for future cycles with notice).

You choose flavors. If you do not choose, we may ship a mix of in-stock launch flavors.

Authorization and renewal

By starting a subscription you authorize us (and our payment processor, when connected) to charge the payment method on file for each cycle, plus tax and shipping if the cycle does not qualify for free shipping, until you cancel.

This is a negative-option / automatic-renewal plan. We will send a reminder to the email on the account before a charge when required by law (including FTC click-to-cancel and state auto-renew rules).

Skip, swap, pause, cancel

Skip: delay the next ship date by one cycle.

Swap: change flavors for the next box.

Pause: stop charges until you resume.

Cancel: stop all future charges. You keep product already shipped.

Do this from Account when that desk is live, or email sales@6nineteen.com with “Cancel subscription” in the subject. Cancellation is effective for any cycle we have not yet begun packing. We will not make you call a phone tree.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may retry a reasonable number of times and email you. If it still fails, we may pause or cancel the plan.

Price and product changes

We may change price, pouch size, or formula. Material changes to an active subscription get email notice. If you do not cancel before the next cycle after notice, the new terms apply to that cycle.
