SHIPPING POLICY
We ship inside the United States. Free shipping on qualifying orders of $60 or more, before tax, after discounts.

Where we ship
We currently ship to street addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows. We do not guarantee international shipping. If you need a wholesale pallet or an Alaska/Hawaii exception, email sales@6nineteen.com.
Free shipping threshold
Orders of $60.00 USD or more (merchandise total after coupons and creator discounts, before tax and before any paid upgrade) ship free via our standard method. Below $60, a shipping charge may apply at checkout once carrier rates are connected. Creator codes and coupons can change whether you clear the $60 bar.
Processing time
In-stock orders typically leave our fulfillment bench within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Preorder or backorder items ship when inventory lands; we will not charge a card until we are ready to ship if that processor is live.
During launch weeks, weather, or carrier delays, processing may take longer. We will not promise a delivery date we do not control.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with common U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a comparable partner). A tracking number is sent to the email on the order when a label is created.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, except where Florida or federal law says otherwise. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbors and the carrier first, then email us within 7 days.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an address you entered, we may charge a re-ship fee or refund merchandise minus outbound shipping. Update us before the label prints if you catch a mistake.
Heat and food
Gummies can soften in extreme heat. We pack reasonably; we cannot control a mailbox in August. If a pouch arrives melted or damaged, photograph it and email sales@6nineteen.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Taxes
We collect sales tax where the law requires, including Florida and other states where we have economic nexus. Tax is calculated at payment when checkout is live.
