PRIVACY POLICY

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how 6NINETEEN (“we”) handles personal information when you visit 6nineteen.com, place an order, apply as a partner or wholesale account, use the on-site assistant, or email us. It is written for U.S. visitors, including Florida’s FDBR and California’s CCPA/CPRA where they apply.

What we collect

You give us: name, email, order contents, coupon or creator codes, messages to support or the assistant, partner/wholesale applications (handles, audience size, PayPal email if provided), and any shipping details you enter.

We collect automatically: device and browser type, approximate location from IP, pages viewed, referring URL, and cart activity. This may be stored in your browser (local storage) so your bag and preferences persist on that device.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government IDs, or full card data on this Site. When Square or another processor is connected, card data is collected by that processor, not stored by us.

How we use it

To fulfill and support orders; prevent fraud; apply coupons and creator codes; pay approved partners; review applications; improve the Site; operate the AI store assistant (questions plus a knowledge snapshot of public product facts); send transactional email (receipts, shipping, subscription changes); and send marketing email only if you opt in or as allowed by law, with an unsubscribe.

We do not use your data to train public AI models beyond operating our own capped assistant. Product questions you ask may be sent to our model provider to generate an answer, along with our knowledge base — not your card number.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a Do Not Sell or Share link before any sale occurs.

Who we share with

Service providers who process data for us: hosting, email, analytics, customer support, the AI assistant provider, and (when enabled) payment and shipping carriers. They are allowed to use the data only to perform their service.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the brand, subject to this policy.

Retention

Orders and tax records are kept as required by U.S. and Florida recordkeeping rules (generally at least seven years for financial records). Cart data in your browser stays until you clear it. Partner applications are kept while the relationship lasts and for a reasonable period after. You may ask us to delete what the law allows us to delete.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website is perfectly secure. Do not send payment card numbers to sales@6nineteen.com.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and an appeal if we deny a request. Email sales@6nineteen.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We will verify you before fulfilling a request (usually via the email on the order or application).

You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

California: we have not sold or shared personal information in the last 12 months. Categories we collect are identifiers (name, email), commercial information (orders), internet activity (site use), and inferences only as needed to run coupons and partners — not a marketing dossier.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Protein Gummies are a food that contains milk and are not a toy. If you believe a child submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand your information is processed in the U.S.
